A 40% deposit is required. Deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the entire period of your reservation. A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancellations. No cottage or boat will be held if the deposit has not been paid by the due date. Mastercard and Visa accepted. All cottage rentals are subject to 6% Michigan State tax and 2% County room tax.
All units are furnished with cable TV, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, quilts, pillows, toaster, picnic tables or patio tables. We do not furnish sheets, pillow cases, towels, charcoal, fans, or soap.
Sheets are available to rent at a rate of $10 per bed and towels are available at a rate of $5 per set.
NO PETS ALLOWED June 12-September 7. Small pets are welcome all other dates. There is an additional $50 charge/pet that will be added to your invoice. You are responsible for your pet during your stay. You must notify us if you are planning on bringing a pet. We only have a limited amount of cottages that we allow pets. 


Things to remember to bring: Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, dish towels, fan, charcoal, dish soap, bath soap, laundry soap, (paper plates etc. if you don't want to do dishes), fishing supplies, beach or boating supplies.
