The Cottages

The resort has four 2-bedroom air conditioned cottages that sleep up to 7 people each. They are very clean and are decorated with charm. The living rooms have comfortable furniture with a newer queen size sofa sleeper. There is one bathroom in each cottage with a shower. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size double bed. Each cottage has a new air conditioner/heater unit in the living room. The kitchens include a range with oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. They all come furnished with a flat screen TV, dining table with chairs, 2 table fans, blankets, pillows, quilts, vacuums, automatic drip coffee makers, grills, and patio table's w/chairs. We prefer that our guests bring their own sheets and towels. However, we have a small rental supply to be used if necessary. We furnish toilet paper and trash bags. We have boat slips available to rent and a boat launch on site. There is a large grassy courtyard and a group fire pit for everyone to gather. We have wireless internet available and all guests who stay at Sunny Birch have access to the pool located at Sauble Resort.
